Creativity is the root of innovation. And if you are looking for the right kind of inspired individual to bring into your project to bring it to life in the way that it needs to be, then I believe that I can be that person.
You need someone rooted in strategy. “When they start talking about an idea, when somebody’s really got that creative juice, it’s almost like they can’t help themselves from being flooded with ideas. Some people, you sit across the table from them, throw something out there and it sort of sits there. A great idea has a life of its own. They can’t help themselves but to be excited and passionate about it.” —Nate Morley, vice president of global marketing and creative, Skullcandy
You need someone with initiative and work ethic. “When we’re talking about creative people, there’s no substitution for actually seeing the work and witnessing the way someone manages a project and makes decisions.” —Scott McDowell, senior consultant CHM management consulting
You need someone with character and intelligence. “The best creative people need to know a lot about a little and a little about a lot. They naturally live on the edge but know how to exist in the middle.” —Philip McDougall, senior vice president, creative practice leader New York for Jack Morton, a brand experience agency
When all is said and done, you know who you need to hire for your next project. I know that I have the qualities that I need to make your project succeed. So the choice is really up to you.
That is my motto. I not only live by the simplicity of each word, but also by the true meaning each word carries with them. To design means to see something in life with your eyes, visualize the potential of what it can be at its best, plan how it can meet that potential, and execute exactly what it needs to be. To create means give life to an idea, to start from somewhere, with whatever tools you have available, and to do everything in your power to make it come alive. To inspire means to live in a manner that the light you bring into the world not only lights your own path, but the path of those who need it. I live by these words, and they have fueled the passion behind who I am today.
